Positive: Love the pool and spa facilities. The buffet breakfast has a good range of choices.
Negative: No elevators in hotel buildings makes it difficult for families with additional needs, young children or lots of baggage. Staff not cleaning rooms properly and guests changing other guests signs on doors leaving rooms unclean / not attended. Price is a little bit dear for what the hotel/stay offers.

Negative: We ordered meals online for pick up at the bar we sat waiting and it wasn’t until people that ordered at the bar after us received their food I checked on our order. Only to be told it had been sitting there for 15 minutes because they apparently tried to call twice. I showed that I had no missed calls asked them to confirm the mobile number and was told they would check with management only to then be ignored. We had an event to go to so had no choice other than to eat the meals cold

Positive: The gentleman at check-in was really lovely and welcoming, which set a great tone for our short stay. The room met expectations - small but comfortable and clean. Parking was excellent, with plenty of spots available, which was a huge plus. The location was convenient for what we needed, especially being close to Highland Park for the swimming competition. The buffet breakfast offered some great options, and the kids really enjoyed it. The outdoor seating area for breakfast was nice.
Negative: The room was a little pricey compared to similar places I’ve stayed before, but still fine for one night. The lady managing the breakfast check-in didn’t seem particularly friendly - she came across as a bit tired or frustrated. The layout inside the breakfast area was a bit tight, especially when moving between tables to get outside.
